Refund Policy

At ATM Creations, we are committed to providing high-quality courses, coaching, and products. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Products and Courses

• All courses, workshops, and digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted
• Due to the nature of digital content, we do not accept refund requests after purchase
• We encourage you to review course details carefully before enrolling

2. Coaching Programs

• Fees paid for coaching sessions or programs are non-refundable
• Rescheduling may be allowed based on availability and prior notice

3. Physical Products

• Refunds or replacements are applicable only in the following cases:
  • Damaged product received
  • Incorrect product delivered
• To request a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos)
• After verification, we will process:
  • Replacement of the product, or
  • Refund (if replacement is not possible)

4. Order Cancellation

• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after processing
• For physical products, cancellation requests may be considered only if the order has not been shipped

5. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
• The refund will be credited to the original payment method

6. Payment Issues

• In case of duplicate payments or transaction errors, please contact us with payment details
• Valid cases will be reviewed and refunded accordingly
